A school corporation's special education grant for a state fiscal year is equal to the sum of the following:

1. (1) The nonduplicated count of pupils in programs for severe disabilities multiplied by the following:

   1. (A) Nine thousand six hundred fourteen dollars ($9,614) for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021.
   2. (B) Ten thousand five hundred seventy-five dollars ($10,575) for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022.

2. (2) The nonduplicated count of pupils in programs of mild and moderate disabilities multiplied by the following:

   1. (A) Two thousand four hundred fifteen dollars ($2,415) for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021.
   2. (B) Two thousand six hundred fifty-seven dollars ($2,657) for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022.
3. (3) The duplicated count of pupils in programs for communication disorders multiplied by five hundred dollars ($500).
4. (4) The cumulative count of pupils in homebound programs multiplied by five hundred dollars ($500).

5. (5) The nonduplicated count of pupils in special preschool education programs multiplied by the following:

   1. (A) Three thousand one hundred fifty dollars ($3,150) for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021.

   2. (B) Three thousand four hundred sixty-five dollars ($3,465) for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022.
