Ind. Code § 20-43-13-3
The total amount to be distributed under this chapter to a school corporation or charter school for a state fiscal year is the amount determined using the following formula:
(B) three thousand five hundred thirty-nine dollars ($3,539).
STEP TWO: Determine the product of:

STEP THREE: This STEP applies only to a school corporation that has at least eighteen percent (18%) of its ADM eligible for the English language learners program and that experienced a percentage decrease of at least forty-five percent (45%) in the school corporation's complexity index for the school year ending in 2017 compared to the school corporation's complexity index for the current school year.
