"ADM" refers to the following:

1. (1) Except as provided in subdivision (2), the average daily membership determined under IC 20-43-4 .

2. (2) For the School City of East Chicago school corporation, the average daily membership determined under IC 20-43-4-10 . This subdivision expires June 30, 2018.
