The department may not grant an initial practitioner license unless an individual completes the following:

1. (1) Child abuse and neglect training.
2. (2) Youth suicide awareness and prevention training.
3. (3) Identification and reporting of human trafficking training.
4. (4) Training described in IC 20-28-5.5-1 (a).
