The amendments made to:

1. (1) IC 20-9.1-2-4 (before its repeal, now codified at section 5 of this chapter); and

2. (2) IC 20-9.1-2-4.1 (before its repeal, now codified at section 6 of this chapter);

   do not apply to contracts entered into before July 1, 1988.
