Ind. Code § 20-26-13-9 – Graduation rate determination by department; adult high schools excluded

(a) Subject to subsection (b), the department shall determine the graduation rate of high school students under this chapter.
(b) Except to the extent required under federal law, an adult high school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-2.3 ) is excluded from all cohort based graduation rate calculations.
