Borrowing to purchase student issued hardware

A school corporation may:

  1. (1) borrow money to buy student issued hardware, including laptop computers, that may be necessary for accessing curriculum; and
  2. (2) issue notes, maturing serially in not more than four (4) years and payable from its education fund, to secure the loan.
