Subject to:

1. (1) a student's:

   1. (A) individualized education program;
   2. (B) service plan developed under 511 IAC 7-34; or
   3. (C) choice scholarship education plan developed under 511 IAC 7-49; and

2. (2) the school's admissions criteria adopted by the board under IC 20-22-3-10 (a)(4);

   the executive shall receive as a student in the school an Indiana resident who is a school age individual with a hearing disability.
