Ind. Code § 20-21-3-4

Terms of nonlegislative members

  1. (a) This section applies only to a board member serving under section 2(a)(1) of this chapter.
  2. (b) The term of a board member is four (4) years and expires June 30, 2025, and each fourth year thereafter.
  3. (c) The term of a member begins upon appointment by the governor.
  4. (d) A member may serve after the member's term expires until the term of the member's successor begins.
  5. (e) The governor may reappoint a member to serve a new term.
