Ind. Code § 20-20-7-8

Department of veterans' affairs; responsibilities

As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.4.

The department of veterans' affairs shall do the following for individuals that the department of veterans' affairs has reason to believe may be eligible to apply for a diploma under the program:

  1. (1) Give notice of the program.
  2. (2) Describe the application procedure.

  3. (3) Furnish an application form.
