- (a) Not later than October 1, 2023, the state board, in collaboration with the department, shall prepare a report that includes, as applicable, any recommendations regarding the alignment of science of reading concepts in IREAD.
- (b) Not later than December 1, 2023, the state board shall submit the report prepared under subsection (a) to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
- (c) This section expires July 1, 2024.
