Duties of alternate commissioners

As added by P.L.205-2013, SEC.51. Amended by P.L.41-2025, SEC.17.

An alternate commissioner:

  1. (1) shall act in the place of the alternate commissioner's paired commissioner when the alternate commissioner's paired commissioner is absent from the Article V convention; and
  2. (2) replaces the alternate commissioner's paired commissioner if the alternate commissioner's paired commissioner vacates the office.
