Ind. Code § 2-5-1.2-1 – Application of chapter; exceptions

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) or otherwise in this article, this chapter applies to all committees established under this article.
(b) This chapter does not apply to the following:
1. (1) The legislative council ( IC 2-5-1.1 ).
2. (2) The youth advisory council ( IC 2-5-29 ).
3. (3) The commission on improving the status of children in Indiana ( IC 2-5-36 ).
4. (4) The host committee for the NCSL 2020 legislative summit ( IC 2-5-41 ).
