A mobile retail food establishment permit issued by a local health department under this chapter:

1. (1) is in effect for one (1) year;
2. (2) may be renewed annually by the owner or operator of a mobile retail food establishment that continues to meet the standards established by the local health department under this chapter; and
3. (3) authorizes the owner or operator to operate a mobile retail food establishment within the jurisdiction of the local health department.
