1. (1) A physician licensed under IC 25-22.5 .
2. (2) A veterinarian licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Indiana.
3. (3) An advanced practice registered nurse who meets the requirements of IC 25-23-1-19.5 .
4. (4) A physician assistant licensed under IC 25-27.5 who is delegated prescriptive authority under IC 25-27.5-5-6 .

Sec. 29. A legend drug that is composed wholly or partly of insulin may be sold for retail sale by a pharmacy only to an individual who possesses a prescription from one (1) of the following:
