- (a) An individual property owner shall have the water tested through the local health department's water testing program.
- (b) If the local health department testing indicates further testing for dioxin is necessary, the state department shall coordinate with the property owner to obtain a water sample in the manner necessary for dioxin testing and perform the testing in accordance with federal Environmental Protection Agency standards.
