Ind. Code § 16-41-21.2-2
"Child care facility"

As used in this chapter, "child care facility" means any of the following:
- (1) A child care center (as defined in IC 12-7-2.1-55 ).
- (2) A child care home (as defined in IC 12-7-2.1-57 ).
