With the approval of the budget director and upon the recommendation of the budget committee, each county that has incurred costs for an individual with a communicable disease under:

1. (1) IC 16-41-1 ;
2. (2) IC 16-41-2 ;
3. (3) IC 16-41-3 ;
4. (4) IC 16-41-5 ;
5. (5) IC 16-41-6 ;
6. (6) IC 16-41-7 ;
7. (7) IC 16-41-8 ;
8. (8) IC 16-41-9 ; or

9. (9) IC 16-41-13 ;

   is entitled to a pro rata share of the money remaining at the end of the state fiscal year in the fund established under this chapter.
