- (a) The information displayed on the Internet web site must be in an easy to read, understandable format, and include the negotiated charge as described in section 1 of this chapter for each service by provider type.
- (b) A hospital and an ambulatory outpatient surgical center shall update the information on the Internet web site on an annual basis.
