1. (a) The state department may make sanitary inspections and surveys throughout Indiana and of all public buildings and institutions.
2. (b) The state department may make indoor air quality inspections of all public buildings and institutions that are occupied by an agency of state or local government.

3. (c) After due notice is given, the state department may enter upon and inspect private property in regard to the presence of cases of infectious and contagious diseases and the possible cause and source of diseases.
