1. (a) At least three (3) members of the association may give notice of an election of the board of directors of the association.

2. (b) The notice must contain the following information:

   1. (1) The date and time of the election.

   2. (2) The place where the election will be held. The election must be held at a place:

      1. (A) convenient to voters; and
      2. (B) located within or near the proposed horticultural and quarantine district.

3. (c) The notice must be:

   1. (1) published in one (1) newspaper:

      1. (A) in the county; and
      2. (B) of general circulation among the members of the association; or

   2. (2) delivered in person.
