§ 46

Ind. Code § 15-16-4-46

Board; quorum

  1. (a) Ten (10) voting members of the board constitute a quorum.
  2. (b) Official actions are subject to approval by a simple majority of board members present at a called meeting.

  3. (c) The chairperson shall actively participate in all decisions of the board.
