As used in this chapter, "person" means:

1. (1) an individual;
2. (2) a firm;
3. (3) a partnership;
4. (4) an association;
5. (5) a corporation;
6. (6) a company;
7. (7) a joint stock association;
8. (8) a body politic;
9. (9) an organized group of persons whether incorporated or not incorporated;
10. (10) a trustee;
11. (11) an assignee; or

12. (12) any other representative of an entity described in subdivisions (1) through (11).
