As used in this chapter, "agricultural seed" means the seeds of legume, grass, forage, cereal, fiber, field crops, or oil crops, including agricultural seeds listed in 7 CFR 201.2(h). The term includes other kinds of seeds commonly recognized in Indiana as agricultural seeds, lawn seeds, and mixtures of such seeds.
