Ind. Code § 15-13-8-6

Fund uses

As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.4.

The fund may be used to:

  1. (1) pay the expenses, including administrative expenses, of the commission; and

  2. (2) make lease payments under IC 15-13-10-11 .
