Ind. Code § 15-13-6-5

Duty to provide information; staff

  1. (a) As requested by the advisory committee, the:

    1. (1) commission; or

    2. (2) board;

      shall provide to the advisory committee information relating to the operation of each, respectively.

  2. (b) The legislative services agency shall provide staff for the advisory committee.
