Ind. Code § 15-13-4-2

Fairgrounds held in trust; disposal of fairground property

  1. (a) The commission holds the fairgrounds in trust for the state.

  2. (b) The commission may not dispose of any part of the fairgrounds except as authorized by a statute specifically providing for disposal of that part of the fairgrounds.
