Ind. Code § 15-13-3-2
Administration of fairgrounds and property
As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.4.
The commission shall administer the:
- (1) fairgrounds; and
(2) property owned by the commission;
to provide for maximum use of the fairgrounds and property of the commission for the benefit of the citizens of Indiana.
