Cooperation of public agencies and personnel

- (a) City, county, and state employees, agencies, boards, districts, and commissions may cooperate with and furnish information to the commission or a county or municipality for the purpose of implementing this chapter.
(b) The commission shall review and timely respond to any request from a county or municipality to revise the delineation of a flood hazard area.
