1. (a) If the department approves an application under section 7 of this chapter, the department shall issue to the applicant a transfer permit.
2. (b) A transfer permit may include any terms deemed reasonably necessary by the department.
3. (c) A permittee shall file with the department at least once every five (5) years a certification of compliance with the terms of a transfer permit.
