Inadvertent failure to comply with the terms of:

1. (1) a license;
2. (2) this chapter or IC 14-2-12 (before its repeal); or

3. (3) rules adopted or orders issued under:

   1. (A) IC 14-2-12 (before its repeal); or

   2. (B) this chapter;

      is grounds for suspension of the license for not more than one (1) year.
