1. (a) Fish may not be taken from Lake Michigan by means of a gill net.

2. (b) The commercial fishing license of a person who takes fish from Lake Michigan by means of a gill net:

   1. (1) terminates at the time of the violation; and

   2. (2) may not be reinstated.
