Subject to IC 14-22-2-10 , the minimum renewal fees for commercial fishing licenses are as follows:

1. (1) Class 1, three thousand dollars ($3,000).
2. (2) Class 2, six thousand dollars ($6,000).

3. (3) Class 3, nine thousand dollars ($9,000).
