As used in this chapter, "Indiana driver's license" means:

1. (1) a driver's license issued under IC 9-24-3 ;
2. (2) a chauffeur's license (before the expiration of IC 9-24-4 on July 1, 2024); or

3. (3) a public passenger chauffeur's license (before the expiration of IC 9-24-5 on July 1, 2022);

   that is issued to an individual by the bureau of motor vehicles under IC 9-24 .
