Ind. Code § 14-11-3-2

Hearings; administrative law proceedings

  1. (a) The commission shall hold all hearings under IC 4-22-2 .

  2. (b) The office of administrative law proceedings shall conduct all administrative adjudications under IC 4-15-10.5 .
