1. (a) The department shall prepare an annual report of the activities conducted under this chapter.

2. (b) The annual report must include the following:

   1. (1) The number and types of inquiries the program received.
   2. (2) The services provided by the program.

3. (c) The annual report shall be distributed to the following:

   1. (1) The governor.

   2. (2) The interim study committee on environmental affairs established by IC 2-5-1.3-4 in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
