Ind. Code § 13-25-4-3

Investments

As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.15.

The treasurer of state shall invest the assets of the fund:

  1. (1) as a whole; and

  2. (2) in the investments that are authorized by the Constitution of the State of Indiana and state laws.
