Ind. Code § 13-22-8-1 – Rules

(a) The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 and IC 13-14-9 on standards of financial responsibility for the following:
1. (1) Closure.
2. (2) Postclosure monitoring at hazardous waste facilities.
3. (3) Any required corrective action at those facilities.
(b) Any rules adopted under this section must reflect the provisions for financial responsibility prescribed by section 2 of this chapter.
