Ind. Code § 13-21-3-21

Approval and delivery of budget

As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.11. Amended by P.L.90-2002, SEC.370.

Before the board of a district may adopt an annual budget, the budget must be:

  1. (1) approved by the department of local government finance; and
  2. (2) sent to:

    1. (A) the executive; and
    2. (B) the fiscal body;

      of each county and municipality located within the district as a matter of record.
