Ind. Code § 13-21-1-1

Adoption of plan; rules

As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.11. Amended by P.L.135-2026, SEC.224.

The commissioner:

  1. (1) shall adopt the state plan in final form; and

  2. (2) may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to provide for the plan's implementation.
