Not later than May 1, 2016, and in each succeeding calendar year, the commissioner shall submit to the executive director of the legislative services agency, in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 , a report summarizing the information obtained through the recycling activity reports submitted to the commissioner under this chapter concerning the calendar year most recently ended. The executive director of the legislative services agency shall forward the report to the members of the standing committees of the senate and the house having subject matter jurisdiction most closely related to the subject of recycling.
