1. (a) The department shall provide an annual report to the following:

   1. (1) The board.
   2. (2) The interim study committee on environmental affairs established by IC 2-5-1.3-4 in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .

2. (b) The report must include a summary of the:

   1. (1) reviews conducted; and

   2. (2) agreements approved;

      in the preceding year under this chapter.
