Ind. Code § 13-15-9-3

Environmental feasibility report

As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.5. Amended by P.L.133-2012, SEC.105; P.L.3-2026, SEC.4.

A person proposing to construct:

  1. (1) a nuclear powered generating facility; or

  2. (2) a nuclear fuel reprocessing plant;

    shall file with the department an environmental feasibility report concurrently with the filing of documents required to be filed with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
