Ind. Code § 13-14-8-11 – Appeals

(a) A person affected by a decision of the commissioner under sections 8 and 9 of this chapter may, within fifteen
(15) days after receipt of notice of the decision, appeal the decision to the office of administrative law proceedings.
(b) The commissioner's decision to grant a variance does not take effect until available administrative remedies are exhausted.
