Ind. Code § 13-14-7-1

Assignment of rulemaking authority to boards

As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.4. Amended by P.L.133-2012, SEC.84.

The:

  1. (1) governor may assign to the board the adoption of rules in any area not provided for by law as of September 1, 1985; or

  2. (2) board may directly exercise that power until a specific agency for the exercise of the power is created.
