Acceptance of gifts or other funds
As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.4.
The department may accept and receive, on behalf of the state, any gifts or other money made available to the state from any source for purposes of:
- (1) this title; or
(2) other environmental protection activities, surveys, or programs.
