1. (a) Upon request by:

   1. (1) the commissioner;
   2. (2) the standing committees of the house of representatives or the senate concerned with the environment; or

   3. (3) the board;

      the state comptroller shall issue a report on the fund not later than ten

   4. (10) business days after receiving the request.

2. (b) The report must:

   1. (1) include the beginning and ending balance, disbursements, and receipts, including accrued interest or other investment earnings of the fund;
   2. (2) comply with accounting standards under IC 4-13-2-7 (a)(1); and

   3. (3) be available to the public.
