1. (a) The department shall make available in an electronic format:

   1. (1) any administrative rule that has been:

      1. (A) proposed by the department; or
      2. (B) adopted by the board; and

   2. (2) any nonrule policy or statement that has been proposed or put into effect under section 11.5 of this chapter;

      that constitutes a change in the policy previously followed by the department under this title and the rules adopted by the board.

2. (b) The information described in subsection (a) shall be made available to the legislative services agency or the legislative council upon request.
