The division consists of the following bureaus:

1. (1) The rehabilitation services bureau established by IC 12-12-1-1 .
2. (2) The bureau of disabilities services established by IC 12-11-1.1-1 .

3. (3) The bureau of child development services established by IC 12-12.7-1-1 .
