- (a) The secretary may issue an emergency declaration for the purpose of participating in SNAP emergency allotments authorized under the federal Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
- (b) The secretary shall prepare and submit a report to the budget committee when any emergency declaration is issued under this section.
- (c) This section expires April 16, 2022.
